Today, it is one of the biggest and fastest developing companies in Puglia, steadily increasing the number of bottles produced and the quality of its wines. \nVarvaglione 1921 is one of the oldest wineries in Southern Italy. Internationally and nationally recognized with a market presence in over 60 countries, Varvaglione 1921\u2019s wines have won many awards. In 2011 it celebrated its 90th anniversary by launching a special Primitivo cuv\u00e9e called \u201cPapale Oro\u201d. <\/span>
\nThe winery owns 150 hectares dedicated to the cultivation of its grapes; additionally, it relies on the collaboration of affiliated local grape-growers who have worked with them for over 30 years. <\/span>
